Cancellation Policy
8.1 Cancellation by the Customer: If you wish to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the following penalties:
Cancellation more than 60 days before the tour start date: Refund of the total amount minus an administrative fee (around 8-10%).
Cancellation between 30-60 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour price.
Cancellation within 30 days of the tour start date: 100% of the total tour price (no refund).
Failure to appear for the tour (no-show) will result in a 100% cancellation fee with no refund.
8.2 Cancellation by Manakin Expeditions: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your tour, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative tour or the refund.
Bank Transfer Fees: Any refund issued will be processed minus applicable bank transfer fees, which must be covered by the client.
Liability:
Manakin Expeditions acts only as an agent for the hotels, transportation companies, and other suppliers of services connected with your tour, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be caused by any person or company entrusted with the performance of such services.
Manakin Expeditions accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in flights, trains, buses, or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or other causes beyond its control.
